  1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may return items subject to the following conditions:

Return Window: You must notify us and initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

Request Initiation: To start a return, please email our support team at support@aarambhcreations.in with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., received a damaged or incorrect item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned home decor, clothing, or gift item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Missing Items Claims

To ensure the integrity of your order and to be eligible for a refund or replacement for claims of missing products or materials not found inside the package, the customer must provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the unboxing process.

The video must clearly show:

All six edges and sealed opening points of the courier box/packet before opening.

The entire process of cutting the seals/opening the packet.

The contents of the package being fully removed and displayed.

The video must be recorded in high definition and must not have any cuts or edits.

Claims for missing items submitted without this mandatory unboxing video will not be processed.

  1. Refunds

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use or items not in their original condition.

  1. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a clothing item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@aarambhcreations.in. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and must follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Exchange/replacement products will be delivered within 7-15 working days after we receive the damaged/wrong product at our warehouse.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item (e.g., wrong size clothing, wrong home decor piece), please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@aarambhcreations.in. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or issue a full refund.
