We currently ship to all serviceable addresses within India.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

We typically require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. This time may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the dimensions of the items (especially for bulky home decor), and the delivery location.

We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value. Any such offer will be clearly advertised on the Site.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order, containing your home decor, clothes, or gifts, is dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

  1. Damaged or Lost Orders

If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
